Houston Prosthodontist, Dr. Leticia Perezous
Dr. Leticia Perezous was born in Brazil but moved to Houston in 1995 to advance her dental education. She received her DDS degree in 1992. Due to her determination to further her career goals, she earned a Master of Science degree and a Certificate in Prosthodontics from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston in 2004. She has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry for many years and currently holds an Adjunct Assistant Professor appointment.
Dr. Perezous has received several honors and awards for her outstanding clinical teaching and research work. She has written several articles that have been published in national peer-reviewed dental journals. She was the winner of the John J. Sharry research award by The American College of Prosthodontics which is considered the most prestigious prosthodontic research award in the country.
Houston General Dentist, Dr. Catherine Shoaf
Dr. Catherine Shoaf grew up in Florida, and graduated with her BS in Biology from Furman University in 1996. She earned her DMD degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2000, and settled in the Memorial area of Houston with her husband and two children. In addition to her many years of clinical experience, Dr. Shoaf works in dental education, and loves helping students fulfill their desire to enter the dental field.
Dr. Shoaf enjoys all aspects of family and cosmetic dentistry, and looks forward to taking care of you with the same standard of excellence you have come to expect at Cosmetic Smiles!
